BU13 Scorpions YMS October 2008 Semi- Finalist
	YMS is now the #1 Ranked Boys tournament in the country as per Got soccer. 72 Boys U13 Teams from around the country were accepted, with the Massapequa Scorpions being 1 of 12 accepted into the Championship, (Top Bracket) To advance to the final 4 the Scorpions needed to get past the WCUSC Predators 95, (PA State Finalist), and NJSA04, (Region 1 BU12 Champion, and the #1 Ranked team in the Nation as per Got Soccer and NSR) The Scorpions finished Bracket play with 4 points, WCUSC 3 pts, NJSA04 1 point. The Scorpions advanced to the semi-finals where they played Piscataway Chelsea 95. (They beat the PA State champs Lehigh Valley 95 2-0 and Beachside CT 4-0 to advance). Unbelievable game watched by many. 0-0 after regulation. 0-0 after first 5 minute OT. 0-0 after second 5 minute OT. 4-4 after first 5 penalty kicks. 5-5 after the first 6 penalty kicks. The Scorpions unfortunately lost on the 7th penalty kick.
